Grant Reporting

The Foundation’s current Grant Agreement includes these important provisions:

  1. Grantee agrees to submit a written Grant Report to the Foundation on the expenditure of grant funds no later than March 31 of the following year, or upon applying for a grant in the following year, whichever date is earlier.
  2. The Grantee may make public announcement of this grant at any time.  Please send copies of publicity announcements to the Executive Director of the Foundation.  When publicizing this grant, please acknowledge support from the Episcopal Foundation of Dallas.

For 2023 and later awards, Grantees should submit their Grant Report online through the Foundation’s grant management software using your login credentials.

To report on awards received prior to 2023, please contact the Executive Director (exec@episcopalfoundationdallas.org) or Grant Administrator (staff@episcopalfoundationdallas.org) and request a copy of Foundation’s standard Grant Report template to complete.

Please Note:  Failure to submit a Grant Report may preclude past recipients from future awards.
